Privacy Notice
We treat your information the way we'd want ours treated: kept close, used only for what you asked, and never sold.
1. What we collect
Only what you give us and what we need to operate:
— Information you submit — your name, email, phone, asset range, and anything you tell us about your project or goals.
— Basic technical information your browser sends (such as device and general location) so the Site works and stays secure.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive financial account numbers through the Site's forms.
2. How we use it
To evaluate your request, respond to you, arrange a conversation, and provide the services you ask for. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell it. Some features use automated tools, including AI, to help organize, summarize, and route information; a person remains responsible for decisions that affect you.
3. Where your information lives
We run a hybrid, self-hosted model. Your information is kept on infrastructure we control, and we use only a limited set of vetted, established service providers where it's genuinely needed to operate — for example, secure email, document signing, scheduling, AI processing, and hosting. Those providers process information on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
4. When we share
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only:
— with the vetted service providers above, to operate;
— with independent licensed professionals you choose to engage, at your direction;
— where required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
5. When we provide our platform to a business client
Some businesses license our software platform to run their own operations under their own brand ("Platform Clients"). When we host the Platform for a Platform Client, that Client decides what information is collected and why, and is responsible for it as the controller of that information; Canady acts as a service provider and processes the information only to operate the Platform, on the Client's instructions and under our agreement with them. Each Client's information is kept logically separate from every other Client's. If you are an end user of a business that runs on our Platform, that business's own privacy policy governs your information, and you should direct privacy requests to them; we will support them as our agreement and applicable law require. We may use a limited set of subprocessors (such as hosting, email, document signing, and AI providers) to deliver the Platform, under confidentiality obligations.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to serve your request and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. For Platform Clients, retention and deletion follow our agreement with the Client. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your data with care and limit who can see it.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any updates at any time. To do so, contact us using the details below. If your information is held in a Platform Client's instance, we will route your request to that Client.
9. Cookies
This Site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us through the forms on the Site.
10. Communications (calls, texts, email, and social media)
If you give us your contact details and reach out — or ask us to follow up — we may communicate with you by email, text message, and phone call, and through any social media or messaging platform where you contact us.
— Texts & calls: if you provide your mobile number and agree, we may text or call you about your request, such as confirmations, scheduling, and status updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help; tell us on any call if you no longer wish to be called. Opting out does not affect the rest of your request.
— Social media: if you message or interact with us on a social platform (for example LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X), we receive the information you choose to send there. Those platforms are operated by others under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
— Your mobile information stays with us. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not share mobile opt-in information or your consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the vetted service providers who help us deliver these communications (such as our messaging and email carriers), solely to provide the service or as required by law.
