Privacy Notice

Effective date: May 29, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Canady Investments & Acquisitions and its affiliates ("Canady," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our websites, the secure Deal Room and Vault, and our capital advisory, brokerage, and Multi-Family Office services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Notice. The Services are intended for businesses, entities, and investment activity, not for personal, family, or household purposes.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Identity and contact information: name, email, phone, mailing address, title, and entity affiliation. Entity and transaction information: business name, structure, ownership, EIN, formation details, the financing or advisory matter, use of funds, and deal terms. Financial information: requested amounts, asset and property details, bank and account information you choose to provide, statements, tax documents, and related records. Documents: files you or your representatives upload to the Deal Room or Vault. Usage and device information: log data, IP address, browser and device type, and how you interact with the Platform. Information about third parties: where you submit information about a borrower, principal, guarantor, or counterparty, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. HOW WE COLLECT IT
We collect information directly from you and your representatives; automatically through the Platform (e.g., logs and security signals); and from third parties such as identity-verification and financial-data providers, public records, credit and business databases, lenders, and advisors involved in your matter.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To evaluate, structure, arrange, and facilitate financing and transactional advisory; to provision and operate your Deal Room and Vault; to match your entity's data with the parameters of institutional capital sources; to perform identity verification, suitability, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and fraud-prevention checks; to communicate with you about your matter and our Services; to maintain security and integrity; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and to operate, analyze, and improve the Platform.

4. AUTOMATED AND AI PROCESSING
We use proprietary automated and artificial-intelligence systems to organize, verify, and analyze submitted information and documents and to generate indicative outputs. These systems support our professionals and the applicable capital sources; they do not make final lending or advisory decisions on their own, and their outputs are not an approval, commitment, or professional opinion.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information as needed to provide the Services, including with: prospective lenders, banks, and institutional capital sources evaluating your matter; your and our advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants); service providers and subprocessors that support the Platform (such as hosting, identity verification, financial-data connectivity, e-signature, and communications); and authorities or parties where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services. We may share information in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of our business. We do NOT sell your personal information.

6. FINANCIAL ACCOUNT CONNECTIONS
Where you connect a financial account through a trusted third-party provider, that connection is handled by the provider under its own terms and security; we receive the resulting account and transaction data necessary for the Services and do not store your online banking login credentials.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
Information in the Deal Room is treated as confidential. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege practices — designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

8. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods for regulated financial records may be multi-year.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may request to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. We will honor applicable rights subject to verification of your identity and to legal and recordkeeping obligations that may require us to retain certain records. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

10. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
The Platform uses only cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate, secure, and maintain sessions on the Services. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell data to advertisers. Your browser settings may allow you to control cookies, though disabling necessary cookies may impair the Services.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Services may link to or rely on third parties that operate under their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their notices.

12. ELIGIBILITY; NO CHILDREN
The Services are for business use by persons 18 or older. The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. U.S.-BASED OPERATIONS
Canady operates from the United States (Dallas, Texas). If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

14. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We may update this Notice from time to time. The updated Notice takes effect when posted with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
